<p>Boot colors like desert tan and sage green help maintain low profiles on the battlefield. However, some might have a different strategy on their boot-wearing missions. Perhaps they&#8217;d rather turn heads instead of blending into the background. Sure, they might tip off the enemy, but maybe that&#8217;s part of their strategy.</p>
<p>Or maybe they have no strategy at all. If that&#8217;s the case, then they probably own a pair of pink combat boots. (We kid, we kid!) While none of these boots are military grade, they certainly make a statement. And, of course, pink military boots go quite well with other <a href="http://gunholsters.com/blog/pink-guns-accessories/" target="_blank">pink guns and accessories</a>.</p>
<p>One of the most <a href="http://www.weardrobe.com/items/9396" target="_blank">recent sightings of pink combat boots</a> was in season one of fashion-forward <em>Gossip Girl</em>. Since that was about three years ago, we&#8217;re guessing the trend of privileged teen girls stomping around upper Manhattan in colorful military boots didn&#8217;t stick. Maybe this year?</p>
<p><strong>1.	<a href="http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/W2-NEW-WOMENS-PINK-ARMY-LACE-UP-MILITARY-BOOTS-SIZE-3_W0QQitemZ220549754196QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxq20100202?IMSfp=TL100202198002r16963" target="_blank">Women&#8217;s Pink Army Lace-Up Military Boots</a></strong></p>
<p>With a starting price of £29.99, these light pink flat-heeled boots for sale on eBay come in sizes 5-10. Or you can take the boring route, and buy it in gray.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-646" title="pink-military-boots" src="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots.jpg" alt="" width="480" height="480" /></a></p>
<p><strong>2.	<a href="http://cgi.ebay.ph/DR-Doc-MARTENS-90s-ENGLAND-PINK-SPARKLE-Combat-BOOTS-9_W0QQitemZ190354732208QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVintage_Shoes?hash=item2c5206b4b0" target="_blank">Vintage Pink Sparkle Doc Martens</a></strong></p>
<p>Reminiscent of Dorothy&#8217;s ruby red slippers, the glittery Doc Martens from the 90s were sold last month on eBay for $76, which means they&#8217;re no longer up for grabs. Maybe if you click your heels three times, you can go back in time to bid on them. Just a thought!</p>
<p><a href="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots-2.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-647" title="pink-military-boots-2" src="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots-2.jpg" alt="" width="450" height="471" /></a></p>

<p>For $29.99, you could own a size 6 synthetic boot that looks strikingly similar to Doc Martens. That side zipper could make life a little easier, and with a color like that, you&#8217;ll be spotted from blocks, even miles, away.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots-3.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-648" title="pink-military-boots-3" src="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots-3.jpg" alt="" width="490" height="417" /></a></p>

<p>This is the first sneaker &#8220;combat&#8221; boot that&#8217;s crossed our path, and frankly, we&#8217;re a little perplexed by this boot-shoe mishmash. The seller promises you&#8217;ll &#8220;freak out&#8221; when looking at the bottom of the boot because &#8220;it has screaming skull faces and winged skulls on the heel.&#8221; Oh my!</p>
<p><a href="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots-4.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-649" title="pink-military-boots-4" src="http://www.militaryboots.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/pink-military-boots-4.jpg" alt="" width="490" height="378" /></a></p>

<p>Looking like it&#8217;s been through hell and back (well, at least for a pink boot), this faux leather boot with a 1-inch heel is advertised as brand new. Must be like that holes-in-the-jeans trend where beat-up equals beautiful. And for $47, this can all be yours…</p>

<p>Aside from protecting feet from all the extreme elements, some have found new (and fairly unusual) uses for their military boots. Namely, they “feed” their boots delicious foodstuffs, and, well, other not-so-delicious items &#8212; hungry for <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8wexNdhlD0" target="_blank">a keyboard case</a>, anyone?</p>
<p>Check out these six boot-crushing videos where military boots mash french fries to modems in less than a few minutes.</p>
<p><strong>1. </strong>The title of this first video “Military Mountain Boots Having a Sandwich” is no lie. These hungry, hungry boots indulge (a.k.a. squash) on a pickle and what looks to be cheese and bologna on white bread. Yummy. And messy. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thPMAN7QLqE&amp;feature=related" target="_blank">Click here</a> to view the video since the user disabled embedding. Or view the rest of <a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/sneaksgaytoy" target="_blank">his food stomping videos</a> where he pulverizes <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8jNhsl8TnE" target="_blank">fruit with military hiking boots</a>, <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nfa4QR0dVo4" target="_blank">slams a moon pie with Nikes</a> and more!</p>
<p><strong>2. </strong>In the next video (below), the rather health-conscious boots crush an ice cube and apple. It also pulverizes a water bottle, which we do not recommend eating.</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="425" height="344" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/96beUJZzjKI&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/96beUJZzjKI&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> For the fast food junkies, there’s “Lunch Leftovers for Combat Boots,” where an order of McDonald’s fries are compressed to a greasy pulp by US Speedlace boots. It’s a sight that would make even Ronald McDonald cry.</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="425" height="344" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/WB9s3s8DX9U&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/WB9s3s8DX9U&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Is it a squash? Is it an oversized lemon? A yellow pumpkin? Bootsguy1984 doesn’t specify what this giant yellow mystery fruit is, but it’s almost as big as his foot. However, he does manage to almost flatten it with his <a href="http://www.rangerboots.com/" target="_blank">Ranger boots</a>. Success!</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="425" height="344" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Wh760GHdLgo&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Wh760GHdLgo&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p><strong>5. </strong>Recommended for a wholesome breakfast, Rice Krispies also make excellent stomping fodder for Harley Slash boots. While some might call this food destruction wasteful, others say it’s a great way to show off the awesome power of military boots.</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="425" height="344" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/iOdQsYmOG50&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/iOdQsYmOG50&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p><strong>6.</strong> “Death of a Modem” documents the quick destruction of a “noncooperative German DSL modem” by German combat boots. This striking video certainly sends a stern message to all those other modems out there considering an uncooperative route in the future. Watch out!</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="425" height="344" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/H0hV86SqDgQ&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/H0hV86SqDgQ&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p>Not enough boots squishing stuff for you? Continue the destruction <a href="http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=boots+crushing+stuff&amp;search_type=&amp;aq=f" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>
