Built on the ultra-lightweight Danner TFX-8 platform, the 8" Striker Torrent Leather GTX SZ is a resilient tactical boot capable of handling any terrain in any weather. The full-grain leather upper is tough and rugged and protects wearers from adverse conditions and hazardous surfaces. The Vibram Striker Torrent outsole features a unique 360-degree pentagonal low lug pattern for multidirectional grip and a flex notch design in targeted areas for increased surface contact and superior traction. The high-abrasion EVA midsole provides all-day comfort and cushioning, while the removable polyurethane footbed reduces overall foot fatigue and promotes a light stride. This boot also incorporates a waterproof GORE-TEX lining, which keeps moisture out for a cool, dry and comfortable interior. There is also a side zipper that lets you put on and remove the boots quickly.
