Perfect for mixed terrains, the Intrepid HPi has a dual density Vibram outsole. Weighing just 2.75 pounds a pair, it won't weigh wearers down. The lightweight TPU shank provides support and protects against rocks and road hazards. The Seamless Upper Zone Engineering upper design mixes weave patterns to mold to the contours of the foot, which increases comfort and performance. The ion-mask technology repels water while letting materials dry quickly and remain breathable. The dual density midsole boasts a 3D counterbalance that provides stability, especially while jogging or running. Special features like the molded toe cap and XCm seamless upper ensures that feet stay as pain-free and blister-free as possible.

About Magnum
- Springing from Hi-Tec Sports, Magnum's birth was a result of a request from the FBI for lightweight, athletic black tactical boots in the early 1980s. Pleased with the end-result, the FBI spread the word about the boots. Members of law enforcement and security agencies decided to try out the groundbreaking footwear. Throughout the years, it has continued to have a strong research and development presence. I am quite satisfied with the Magnum Intrepid. It features high-level of cushioning, lightweight, and excellent support on multiple running surfaces.

The Intrepid HPi shoes are very comfortable when running on pavement, dirt trail and on a field. They offer good support and are lightweight. During the four months I have had them, they support and cushioning do not appear to have “worn down” or worn out. These shoes really impressed me with how cool your feet stay. Every time you take a step, you can feel air movement. I found my feet were dryer and cooler than when I wore my normal New Balance running shoes.
