About Magnum
- Springing from Hi-Tec Sports, Magnum's birth was a result of a request from the FBI for lightweight, athletic black tactical boots in the early 1980s. Pleased with the end-result, the FBI spread the word about the boots. Members of law enforcement and security agencies decided to try out the groundbreaking footwear. Throughout the years, it has continued to have a strong research and development presence. As its reputation grew, Magnum became a heavy contender in the footwear and apparel industry and officially separated from Hi-Tec. With high functionality and comfort, Magnum tactical gear is the choice of hundreds of operators throughout the world.
