I am a Paramedic & purchased these boots to wear every shift. I could only manage to wear these boots a day and a half before I had to go back to my old boots. I was told by New Balance to order the same size boot that I order their shoe in...that was a HUGE mistake. The boots are so uncomfortable that I had blisters on both heals after 8 hours (of a 12 hour shift). I tried everything I could think of to improve the comfort of these boots to no avail.
