New Balance Tactical Abyss

Created for the waterborne operator, the Abyss is specially designed to provide exceptional traction, breathability and water release. Its slip-resistant sole unit compound has siped lugs that are made to improve traction on wet and dry surfaces. In addition, the sole features rubber technology that reduces that dreaded squeak. Supporting its dual functionality, it has side port holes that drain excess water when transitioning to land. Composed of airmesh and a double-coated synthetic urethane, the upper dries fast and is breathable. New Balance Tactical Athletic

Built for the long haul, the Tactical Athletic combines elements necessary for durability and long-lasting comfort. Composed of abrasion resistant mesh, the upper can withstand the onslaught of nature or challenges of manmade obstacles. The mesh panels also allow for breathability. In addition, its slip resistant outsole is tricked out with siped lugs that provide advanced traction. Its padded top collar provides support, while the C-Cap molded EVA midsole offers lightweight comfort and shock absorption. Reinforced to the upper, the outsole is sure to outlast the most rugged of terrain. Previously known as OTB, New Balance Tactical has fused military durability and uniform functionality to create the Tactical Athletic.

New Balance Tactical Bushmaster

Formerly known as OTB, New Balance Tactical has unleashed the Bushmaster. Ideal for land-based missions, it has a multi-textured Vibram sole that include deep lugs for superior traction. Boasting a lightweight and breathable construction, the upper features an airmesh combination. Available in a six-inch and eight-inch variation, it includes a molded insole board that provides flexibility for the forefoot and firm support for the heel, which is a preferred alternative to steel shanks. It also protects and supports the foot while the wearer carries heavy loads. Topping off this durable boot, its dual density Abzorb insert keep feet comfortable all day and all night.
